Front Ends
Not a huge update right now, but wanted to throw this up here. I’ve been in love with the Donkorvoort GT for pretty much ever, and randomly saw a pic of a Can-Am Spyder RT Limited. It had supplemental headlights on the front fairing that looks pretty similar to that of the Donkorvoort. After looking closer, the shape is incredibly close… and I’m wondering if with a little massaging (read: sawsall, fiberglass), it would fit onto the BA7. Looking at a parts blow-up, it’s a couple different parts rather than just a single front piece, with headlights. That makes it a bit more difficult, as well as more expensive. But that being said, I like the idea, a lot.
Anyway, check it. The outlined area is what I’m talking about… and the lower ‘grille/bumper’ would be removed in favor of a gaping hole for the radiator/intercooler.
For reference, here’s the Donkervoort GT (as seen in ‘Future Ideas’).
Please do not put anything Can-Am Spyder related on any vehicle you wish to have any sense of “cool”.
